We are Twin Paradox, two childhood friends from Mar del Plata, Argentina. We grew up playing rock together, then spent years apart exploring different musical worlds before reuniting in Geneva, Switzerland. After years of DJing and playing in bands across different genres, we ended up building our live set of synthesizers, samplers, electric guitar and acoustic drums, creating an imaginary world we call TechnoRock.

Our name refers to Einstein’s twin paradox, a thought experiment in his theory of special relativity in which one twin takes a high-speed voyage through space and returns home to find that the twin who stayed on Earth has aged more.

The twin paradox became a metaphor for the story of our friendship, and that’s also the idea behind our music. Everything we grew up listening to, from classical music to progressive rock and heavy metal, is twisted through a machine-driven techno narrative and comes back evolved, yet still rooted in where it came from.
